The General Elections are already round the corner and every political party big or small, national or regional is trying to woo the voter in every possible way. Better livelihood , better security, additional perks such as free electricity, free T.V sets and even rice at a minimal price etc etc.
So I thought let’s just justify my right to vote for anyone of them. And the reasons are:
1. To exercise the right to franchise afterall it is not prerogative a particular section of the society (In other words to save your RIGHT from getting snatched rather than enjoying and using it). Also it comes once in every five years (if everything goes ok), so what if u expedite a little time of yours in going to the polling station once.
2. Make good of the Holiday by keeping away from hassles of Office and Home.
3. To elect a leader whom you think should do good to the society and mankind rather than someone wrong damaging it or interested in meeting only his ends. Although the late BJP leader Mr. Pramod Mahajan had rightly said that these days we have the choice to choose a bad leader from the worse ones mostly.
4. Giving a chance to let the party of my choice to come to power and see that they walk the talk as was mentioned in their election manifestos.
